Maple and Spud want you to be happy with your order. A happy customer is our best advertisement. Should you be in any way unhappy with your order contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right.
All Maple and Spud orders are shipped and tracked via registered post with An Post. A tracking number will be provided to the client at time of shipment and items can be tracked at https://track.anpost.ie/
Maple and Spud gladly accept returns of non personalised items within 30 days of shipment. The item must be returned via registered post at the cost of the buyer and must be unused and in perfect condition. Once returned the refund will be processed.
Items that have been customised cannot be returned.
Any payment of customs fees will be at the buyers cost.
Maple and Spud is not responsible for any customs delays.
